All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Express Shipping
We offer express shipping for faster delivery. Fees for express shipping are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Flat Rate Fee
We offer a flat standard shipping rate of $7.95 for all standard shipping within the U.S.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders $100.00 or more within the United States! For orders below $100.00, standard shipping fees apply.
International Shipping
We currently are only shipping to US territories.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your DANABRANDED account.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Missing or Damaged Packages
In the event that your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at clientcare@danabranded.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition within 48 hours of delivery. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction to the best of our ability.
